The Prince Charles Pipe Band will be in full force at the Caledonian Club of San Francisco Scottish Gathering and Games in Pleasanton August 30 – September 1. In addition to the Grade 2 Band competing on Saturday at 3:20 and Sunday at 3:30, a dozen band members will be competing in all grade levels of solos. New this year is the PCPB “Teaching Tent” in which young Games attendees can try their hand at learning pipes or drums under the excellent tutelage of senior band instructors.
